Do Signature Needles have a warranty?

If a product proves to suffer from defective materials or workmanship it will be covered under warranty for the life of the needle. Signature will examine the defective product and decide, at its sole discretion, if the defect is covered under warranty. Signature will then, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or comparable product. Needles must be inspected upon receipt and defects believed to be from delivery or upon receipt must be reported within 21 days of delivery. Please see our guarantee for complete details.
