My Circular Needle Broke - What should I do to get a replacement?

Our products have a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.  A broken circular needle falls under this category.  If your circular needle does break, please email customersupport [at] signatureneedlearts.com and include a photo attachment of your broken needle, the needle size, needle length, overall length, and order # if you have it.  They will help to provide you with information to receive a replacement needle.
